I’ve spent the last 20 years on one question: what hidden signals drive the way we lead, decide, and connect?

My scientific-breakthrough journey started while I was pursuing my PhD. I was looking for patterns in how iconic leaders made decisions—especially under pressure. What I found surprised me. The same cues that distinguished exceptional leaders from subpar ones, were the same micro-signals I had seen in elite operators and elite athletes, I had trained with over the years. Their success wasn’t random. It was patterned. It was signal-driven (Ambady & Rosenthal, 1992).

Fueled by a need to uncover what others overlooked, and an executive who experienced portions of this training throughout my career, I followed all facets of intriguing research across psychology, neuroscience, physiology, behavioral science, and performance studies—paired with hands-on training with elite operators, and field work with leaders and elite athletes. Methodically, I mapped out how our body reads a room before our mind has time to catch up. Those thin slices, those quiet cues, became the foundation of what is now DeciznDNA™.

One of the executive trainings I attended carried a price tag of $60,000 (not including travel expenses) for a single day—yet even at that level, it only skimmed the surface. It never reached the depth, alignment, or scientific foundation that DeciznDNA™ now delivers—at only a fraction of the price

What I’ve built is more than theory—it’s a system. It blends cutting-edge science with real-world conditioning so you can execute when it matters most. I’ve integrated breakthroughs in the ENS/INS (the gut-brain-body decision network) with the same kind of high-intensity, short-burst training methods the SEALs use to hardwire skills. Why? Because our nervous system is designed to learn this way (Dudai et al., 2015; Krakauer et al., 2019). Smaller, hyper-focused sprints of training stick longer, retain deeper, and give you command you can rely on under pressure (Cepeda et al., 2006; Roediger & Butler, 2011).

For me, this work has never been about publishing papers or stacking credentials. It’s about clarity, for myself and now others. It’s about taking the science of decision making, elite performance, and signal recognition—rooted not in theory, but in field expertise and battle-tested protocols—backed by breakthrough science.
